Prof. Li Yanrong Becomes CAE Member

On the morning of December 8, 2011, the Chinese Academy of Engineering announced in Beijing the 2011 new member list. After two rounds of panel reviews and the final judgement, fifty-five were elected as new academicians out of 485 candidates. Pro. Li Yanrong from UESTC was among the newly-elected academicians. So far, UESTC have produced eight academicians of the Chinese Academy of Science or the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
