Biography: Dr. Hongwei Li received his Ph.D. degree from the University Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2008, M.S. degree in 2004 from the Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU) . In 2008, He joined UESTC as a teacher. He joined the Broadband Communication Research (BBCR) Lab, University of Waterloo, Canada, during 2011-2012 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Dr. Li serves as the Associate Editor of  Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications  (Nov. 2013 ‐present), He also serves on the technical program committees for many international conferences such as IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE BODYNETS, and IEEE DASC. He is an IEEE Member, a China Computer Federation Member and a China Association for Cryptologic Research Member.
