Biography Decui Liangis currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Management and Economics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. He received the B.S. degree in information management and information systems, and the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2008 and 2013, respectively. In 2012, he was a visiting Ph.D. student with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada. His research interests include information management and business integlligence, rough set theory, granular computing, and multiple-attribute decision making with uncertainty. Since 2009, he has published nearly
20 research papers in refereed journals and conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences,International Journal of Approximate Reasoning,Applied Softing Computing.
