Biography Dr. Zhao received his Ph.D. degree from the Nanyang Technology University, Singapore, in June 2012. From September 2011 to December 2015, he was a Research Scientist in A*STAR IHPC of Singapore. Since December 2015, he has been an Associate Professor with the the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, P. R. China. Dr. Zhao recieved the 2014 URSI (International Union of Radio Science) Young Scientist Award and 2015 AT-RASC (Atlantic Radio Science Conference) Young Scientist Award.
