Biography  Deshuang Zhao received the M.S. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave engineering and the Ph.D. degree in optical engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC),Chengdu,in2001and 2005, respectively. Since 2006, He has been an Associate Professor with UESTC. He is an IEEE member.
From March 2002 to March 2003, he was a Re- search Assistant with the Wireless Communications Research Centre, City University of Hong Kong. From November 2009 to October 2010, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Engineering and Aviation Science, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He has published more than 50 academic papers and has been authorized 7 patents.
