Biography: Received Ph.D. degree in Integrated Circuits & System field from Nanyang Technological University , Singapore, in 2007. From August 2004 to March 2010, he joined OKI Techno Centre Singapore as an RFIC design engineer. From March 2010,  he worked as a Research Fellow for VIRTUS IC Design Centre of Excellence, Nanyang Technological University, dedicating to the development of 60GHz transceiver chip. From April 2014, he has been working with UESTC as a professor. His current research interests include RFIC design, microwave and mm-wave circuits & system, and novel microwave device, etc. Prof MOU has won three times international awards, including the only "Best Paper Award" in the 24th IEEE SOC conference, "SOC Design Group Award" in IEEK(Korea) International SOCC Design conference and a "Bronze Award" in the "Chip Design Competition" of the 13th Internaltional Symposium of Integrated Circuits.  He is the co-inventor of 4 US patents, and has published more than 40 technical papers.
