Biography: Dr. Cheng Liu, Associate Professor. Dr. Liu has diverse experience in Information Materials and Components. His interests includes: LTCC materials and device design\fabrication; novel magneto-dielectric composite materials in electronic devices; microwave dielectric materials and energy storage capacitor materials. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as a PhD student in Materials Research Institute of The Pennsylvania State University, where he collaborated with researchers from Muarata Co. Ltd.(Japan), Taiyo Yuden Co. Ltd.(Japan) for lead-free piezoelectric MLCC materials and device R&D. Now Dr. Cheng Liu has published more than 20 research papers and applied 3 patents. He is presiding and participating over more than 5 scientific research projects, including the National Science Foundation, 863 Project, and etc.
