Biography: Since 1992, He has been with School of Opto-electronic Information in UESTC as a member of the faculty. In 2004, he took up the position of Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
Education experience: received his B. S., M.S. degrees in solid-state physics from Sichuan University, China, and Ph.D. degree in physical electronics from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), China in 1989, 1992 and 2000, respectively. From 2003 to 2004, as a visiting scholar, he had engaged in nano technology R& D projects in School of Material Science and Engineering in Georgia Institute of Technology, United States of America.
