Biography: I am now a professor in School of Automation Engineering and professor of Newcastle University, United Kingdom. I am also PHD supervisor at Newcastle University. I have published more than 220 academical papers (5894 indexs).  Research projects  include: 1). National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant 61527803: Research and development multi-physics high-speed patrol monitoring and instrument for rail contact fatigue and cracks . 2). National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant 51377015: Quantitative Fatigue Assessment and Health State Monitoring Using Eddy Current Pulsed Thermography 3). Sichuan Science and Technology Department under Grant 2013HH0059: International cross-discipline collaboration for non-destructive testing and health monitoring 4)
