Biography 1. Basic Information
Professor Zhen was appointed by lecturer a team of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee (provide year). He is a member of Communist Party of China, member of Community Party Committee of UESTC, chairman of Professor Committee of the college (please, specify college name), member of China Association for Ethical Studies, director of Sichuan Association for Ethical Studies, and editorial board member of Journal of UEST of China (Social Sciences Edition).
Professor Zhen served as subject assessment expert and a doctoral dissertation selective examination and assessment expert for the Ministry of Education of China from 2010 to 2012 and 2011 respectively. He was also the university entrance examination proposition expert for the Sichuan Province in 2011; “serious and responsible” expert of the National Social and Science Achievement Acceptance project of National Social and Science Planning Office in 2011; and the executive chairman of 2011 international Administrative Ethic Forum.
He has received various awards including Baosteel Education Fund Award, the third prize on Social Science of Sichuan Government, the first prize on Humanities & Social Sciences of Department of Education of Sichuan Province for one time and other awards.
2.Academic Experience
 (1) Sep., 1980 to Jun., 1984: Majored in Ideological and Political Education of Sichuan Normal University and attained bachelor’s degree in law.
 (2) Sep., 1984 to Feb., 1985: Studied Ethics and Formal Logics in Department of Political Science of Southwest China Normal University.
(3) Sep., 1988 to Jun., 1989: Studied in the class for advanced studies for assistant teachers on Ethics in Department of Philosophy of Beijing Normal University.
 (4) Jan., 1997 to Feb., 1997: Studied in National Class for Backbone Teachers to advance studies organized by National Senior Education Administration College under “Nine Five-Year Plan” education program.
 (5) Sep., 1999 to Jun., 2000: visiting scholar of Department of Philosophy of Renmin University of China.
 (6) Sep., 2000 to Jun., 2003: Doctoral candidate majored in Ethics from the Department of Philosophy of Renmin University of China and attained doctoral degree on philosophy.
 (7) Oct., 2006: Attended Sino-Korea International Ethics Seminar (Korean) and delivered a speech.
 (8) Nov., 2007 to Dec., 2007: studied in the 18th national class for scientific research and teaching backbones from fields of Philosophy and Social Science of colleges and universities to advance studies organized by Central Party School of the Communist Party of China
 (9) Oct., 2008: attended the 4th International Conference on Public Administration (the U.S.A).

Selected publications Have published 223 dissertations (26 on CSSCI, 8 on Chinese core journals and 5 on core journals on social science) on more than 50 publications like Morality and Civilization, STUDIES IN DIALECTICS OF NATURE, Theoretical Front In Higher Education, PROBE and Jiangxi Social Sciences. Among them, 13 have been searched by ISSHP, ISTP and ISTP and 1 by EI; 9 have been reprint by Renmin University of China; have participated in the establishment of two national quality courses —Science of Public Organizational Behavior and Managerial Philosophy (rank No.4 and No.5). 
Selected  books Professor Zhen has participated in 9 national and provincial-level subjects. He has hosted 1 national subject and 3 provincial-level subjects and hosted 7 other subjects. He has published three works – WANGLUO SHIDAI LUNLI, (Sichuan Renmin Press, 2002), “Ethic Motive of Modern China Family Enterprises and the Modern Value”, (Hongqi Press, 2004), and DULI XUEYUAN YU CHANPIN GONGYING—ZHUFANG BOYI JI SHICHANG YUNZUO, (Science Press, 2015);
He has also worked as associate editor of Professional Ethics of National Public Servants and Research of Ideological and Political Education Online and participated in the compilation of other eleven books.
Currently, Professor Zhen research works focus on principles of ethics, modern value of traditional moralities, ethics of network era, online ideological and political education, ethics of family enterprises, ethics of public administration and public administration. Again, he is near completion of three works with Renmin Press, China Social Sciences Press and Science Press; and he is three horizontal subjects.
