Biography: Dr. Xu received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S. degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics, and Ph.D degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2003, 2006 and 2012, respectively. In 2012, he visited the Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Materials Science and Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. From 2015 to 2016, he was with the Electrical Engineering, University of Arkansas, USA, where he was an visiting professor. He is currently an Associate Professor in School of Energy Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include energy materials and devices, microwave and millimeter wave technology, LTCC technology and process, LTCC-based components and modules. So far, he has published over 40 scientific papers and is holding 14 issued invention patents.
Education experience: Dr. Xu received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S. degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics, and Ph.D degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2003, 2006 and 2012, respectively.
