In this graduation season, Glasgow College welcomes the fourth year of graduates of "Electronic Information Engineering" and the first year of graduates of "Communications Engineering". The total number of graduates of the two majors has increased by more than 50% over last year. By July 8, 2020, the postgraduate rate of undergraduates in 2020 has reached 90.7% at home and abroad (84.5% in 2018 and 89.2% in 2019); the rate of overseas study has reached 75.9% (67.6% in 2018 and 74.9% in 2019)!

As statistics shows, the overseas offers received by graduates of 2020 mainly include Yale University (1), University of Pennsylvania (22), Cornell University (4), Columbia University (21), Johns Hopkins University (5), University of Michigan (10), Duke University (25) and New York University (28), University of Oxford (1), Imperial College (14), University College London (19), University of Edinburgh (33), University of Glasgow (96), Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (1), Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausa (1), Delft University of Technology (20), Australian National University (2), University of Sydney (26), University of Melbourne (16). Nanyang Technological University (91) and other world-renowned universities.
The other 47.3% of the students who will go abroad for further study have obtained offers of the top 20 colleges and universities in the QS World University Rankings, 70.6% of the top 50, and 91.6% of the top 100.
14.8% of graduates chose to continue their studies in China. In addition to UESTC, the rest of the students will go to Peking University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Nanjing University, Harbin Institute of Technology and other domestic "double first-class" universities for master's degree.
22 graduates of 2020 received offers for successive master-doctor program from famous universities at home and abroad, including Oxford University, Yale University, Rochester Institute of Technology, University of Washington, University College London, University of Glasgow and so on.

On the evening of June 28th, the graduation party-Long Live Youth-of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2020 was broadcast on the People's Daily client, the CCTV channel, Weibo of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, bilibili and other platforms. Professor Anton Muscatelli, President of the University of Glasgow, specially recorded a blessing video. Teachers and students of Glasgow College and student representatives of the University of Glasgow sang Auld Lang Syne to wish graduates a bright future on the cloud.
Zheng Changgang, who is going to study for a doctorate in Engineering Science at Oxford University, Sun Huili, about to study for a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, and Ni Shaoyong, who will study for a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and other 20 graduates of 2020 are grateful for college training and take the initiative to share their application experience with junior students online, inheriting the "warm" culture of the Glasgow College.
"When a little bird grows up, it feeds food to its mother." Glasgow College has always advocated training students to “go out", "fly high" and "come back".
