||Dr. Chai received his Ph.D. degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University of China and joined University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as a teacher in 2005. He visited School of Business, University of Kansas, USA, during 2009-2010 as a visiting scholar. Dr Chai’s teaching, research, and consulting focuses on marketing management, consumer behavior and E-Business.
